Soomin Oh
Soomin Oh received the B.S. with the Highest Honors Student Award in physics from Korea University (KU), Korea, in 2012, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from Seoul National University (SNU), Korea, in 2016 and 2021, respectively. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow with the Wireless Information and Network Sciences Laboratory (WINS Lab) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
Dr. Oh’s research interests include statistical physics, quantum information, quantum communication, and machine learning. He was the recipient of the Basic Science Research Program from the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF), Korea, from 2021 to 2022. He is now the recipient of the Education and Training Support Program from the Quantum Information Science Research Support Center (QIRSC), Korea, from 2022 to 2024.
