Liangzhong Ruan

Liangzhong Ruan (S’09–M’14) received B.Eng degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic and computer engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong.

Between Feb. 2012 and Jul. 2013, he was a visiting graduate student at the Wireless Communication and Network Sciences Laboratory, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He returned to the laboratory in Feb. 2014 as a Postdoctoral Associate. His research interests include interference control and quantum communication.

Dr. Ruan is a reviewer of IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, and IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications.
