Shervin Mehryar
Shervin Mehryar received his Bachelor of Applied Sciences and Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada in 2012.
He worked as Research Assistant in PSI and Communication Algorithms Laboratory at the University of Toronto, on topics ranging from error correcting codes and cooperative MIMO networks to inference algorithms for gnome biology. In 2010, he held an internship at MDA Space Missions in Brampton, ON, Canada. Since August 2012, he has been a member of the Wireless Communication and Network Sciences Laboratory (WINS Lab) at MIT. His research interests lie in the intersection of communication and information theory, statistical inference, and algorithmic deign.
