Zhenyu Liu received the M.S. and B.S. (with honor) in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2014 and 2011, respectively.
Mr. Liu is pursuing the Ph.D. degree with Wireless Information and Network Sciences Laboratory at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, USA. His research interests include statistical inference and stochastic optimization, with applications to communications and localization.
Mr. Liu received the Best Paper Award from the IEEE LATINCOM in 2017, and the first prize of the IEEE Communications Society Student Competition in 2016. He received the academic excellence scholarships from Tsinghua University from 2008 to 2010. He served as a reviewer for the Proceedings of the IEEE, the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, the IEEE Communications Letters, and the IEEE Wireless Communications Letters.
