Zhenyu Liu

Zhenyu Liu received the M.S. and B.S. (with honor) degrees in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2014 and 2011, respectively.

Mr. Liu is pursuing the Ph.D. degree with Wireless Information and Network Sciences Laboratory at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, USA. His research interests include statistical inference and networked control, with applications to communications and localization.

Mr. Liu received the Best Paper Award from the IEEE LatinCom in 2017, the first prize of the IEEE Communications Society Student Competition in 2019 and 2016, and the R&D 100 award in 2018. He served as a reviewer for multiple journals including Proceedings of the IEEE, IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, and IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing.
